This is designed to destress, relieve niggly aches and pains and energise you.
1-1 sessions can be fitted in just before or after work and can be flexible in length, from 30 minutes, to 45 or 60 minutes, so that exercise becomes part of your working day.
The break away from work will energise and re-motivate you, creating a positive working environment. At the same time, the sessions will get your body moving, strengthen appropriate muscles and correct poor postural habits, which will relieve your daily aches and pains.
